Using Experiential Learning for Entrepreneurship Development
In 1975, NIMID was the first of its kind entrepreneurship and motivational training institute to use experiential learning to motivate entrepreneurs. The methodology of experiential learning has rigorous basis in organizational psychology. The classes delivered using this methodology have brought lasting change in the student.
Literature Development
NIMID intends to develop literature in the field of entrepreneurship with a view to entrepreneurising the society. This will be in the form of pictorials, posters, case-studies, success stories of first generation entrepreneurs, plays, etc.
Preparing Electronic / Audio – Visual aids:
Electronic media including but not limited to podcasts, websites be prepared in the field of entrepreneurship for use in the EDPs. Audio – visual including podcast programmes will be created.
